AJ Savasta is a professional marine surveyor performing pre purchase surveys, appraisals, damage inspections and underwater inspections on power and sail boats.
 

AJ’s passion for boating began as a young boy growing up on Long Island.  His parents were both experienced boaters who believed in boating safety, education and responsibility.  He completed his first boating safety course at the age of 10.  During his teen years he attended sailing schools and continued with boating education courses.
 

AJ has over 40 years’ experience in marine industry.   Areas of experience include marine technician, fiberglass repair, sales, charter & rental operations, delivery captain, and sailboat mast stepping and rigging.

USCG Master Captain with towing endorsement.
ABYC Standards Certified.
Factory training and certifications from Mercruiser, OMC, Bombardier.
Commercial Diver, PADI Certified Dive Master.
